Having worked with small RV parks (80 sites), large RV Resorts (200+ sites), campgrounds (30 tent sites) and everything in between, I recognize the issues and there are plenty of them out there.

• Need a reservation system? How many systems are there? Where do you start? How do you compare them? What questions do you ask?
• Need to hire staff? How much time does it take to find the right resume? How much time to interview from those resumes? How long to put together an offer letter? Can they be trained in time?
• What do those monthly reports really say? Are bills being paid on time? What about payroll?
• Is there an infrastructure in place? Is the store optimized? What hardware does the front desk need? Where are all the vendors?
• What are marketing collateral materials? Is there a digital marketing plan in place? What do the guests think?

And that is just the tip of the iceberg. Too much to do with too little time. I know because I have been behind that eight ball.
